To clarify, of the six Kino Blu-rays coming out this Tuesday, the following have the same transfer, extras, menus etc. as the prior Kino release; William Wyler's The Big Country, Dan Curtis' Burnt Offerings, OSS 117: Five Film Collection, Norman Jewison's The Thomas Crown Affair... but each offer new slipcase covers. I don't see a reason to 'double-dip' but all films are digital-library worthy, imo. However, Billy Wilder's Witness for the Prosecution is a new, superior, a/v transfer with a new commentary (advancing on Kino's 2014 Blu-ray edition) and Édouard Molinaro's The Road to Shame is a new Blu-ray release altogether - a French noir that I quite enjoyed.

The Kino
Blu-ray has the
One of the most re-watchable 'con' films -
and it has an adventurous psychological edginess. House of Games
has David Mamet's measure dialogue and curious subtext. It's a film I am very happy
to own on Blu-ray.
