ADDITION: Unearthed Classics Blu-ray (November 2023): Unearthed Classics have transferred Nicolas Roeg's Full Body Massage to Blu-ray. The 1.66:1 1080P transferred feature is complimented by an odd AVC 720P "TV" 1.33:1 transfer that has a different color scheme. They run exactly the same length (and file size - 21 Gig) - so I see no cuts. We'll stick with the Roeg-esque 1.66:1 and it looks just fine with decent contrast, authentic colors that carry some depth - plenty of skin tones - and decent detail. No marks or damage.

On their Blu-ray, Unearthed Classics use a linear PCM 2.0 channel track (16-bit) in the original English language. Full Body Massage has no aggressive sequences (car accident refernece) - it is mostly a dialogue, and visually, driven film. The score was by Harry Gregson-Williams (Veronica Guerin, The Town, Unstoppable, Domino, Gone Baby Gone, Blackhat, The Number 23, The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3, Spy Game, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian), sounding clean and there is consistent dialogue in the uncompressed transfer. Unearthed Classics offer optional English and English (SDH) subtitles for both versions on their Region 'A' Blu-ray.

The Unearthed Classics Blu-ray offers the aforementioned 1.33:1 version, a gallery and a trailer. There is a slipcase and no liner notes.

Nicolas Roeg's Full Body Massage is another of the odd, latter, entries in the lauded director's career. It is both a TV movie and considered 'erotic' with unabashed nudity. It has plenty of Roeg signatures - filled with non-linear timeline flashbacks; Nina (Rogers) and her previous masseur - as well as to Fitch (Bryan Brown) and his frequently nude girlfriend canoodling. A few slow pans evoke the director style showing holistic objects including touching upon Hopi crystals, spiritualism etc. during the lengthy massage. Former Tom Cruise wife, Mimi Rogers had given birth four-and-a-half months earlier and stated "My body was not what it usually is". She posed in the March 1993 edition of Playboy magazine (also on the cover) knowing she would be a mother and "...thought it might be nice to have a permanent record of my body in its prime." There is something very appealing about her brave attitude as an actress. I suppose there is a link to Jacques Rivette's La Belle Noiseuse with Emmanuelle Béart naked through much of that film with philosophical discussions ensuing. Full Body Massage on the Unearthed Classics' Blu-ray has enticement for Roeg fans and those who enjoy unselfconscious Mimi. A commentary would have added the value. Endorsed to the curious.
