ADDITION: Film Movement - Region FREE - Blu-ray October 16': This is an extra on the Vampire Ecstasy Blu-ray released by Film Movement reviewed HERE. Still vertical scratches but miles ahead of the Alpha DVD that looks to be from 3rd generation VHS. The captures speak for themselves. The 1080P starts with this disclaimer:

The lossy audio is rough and no subtitles - only a trailer for this film although Vampire Ecstasy, sharing this disc, has quite a few supplements. Sin You Sinners is like an old Super 8 stag film - but with less nudity. I like the story concept though and the younger gal kinda reminds me of Barbara Steele (hubba hubba). Overall? - Meh.
