Comments:

The Hong Kong-made Region-3 DVD from Universe has an anamorphic display that looks sharper, cleaner, brighter, and shows more picture on all four sides of the screen than the non-anamorphic display of the MTI all-region disc. Both discs exhibit ghosting effects as shown in one of the screenshots below.

The Universe disc has removable subtitles but only stereo audio. The MTI disc has white non-removable subtitles, and an okay surround track.

The MTI disc also has a nice Fangora article about the film, with many interesting quotes from director Jôji Iida.
