Comments

The Universal edition seems to have been taken from an NTSC source corroborated by the prevalent 'ghosting' (see last capture). Sharpness appears about the same but the Optimum is brighter. The unfortunate detail of the Optimum is the fixed English subtitles. The Optimum has the far better extras, but the Universal edition sports a 5.1 or DTS track option. Its betwixt and between which you prefer, but not being a fan of ghosting and with the wonderful extras of the Optimum that is the route we are going.
