Comments:

The anamorphic picture from Chimera looks very nice, especially compared to bleak colors of Mei Ah disc.  Chimera is a little too dark, but overall the picture quality is better.  Mei Ah disc is a flipper, so the bitrate is only for one side. It has DTS mix, but we were unable to sample it. There's some nice extras with Region 1 disc, like a short making-of doc and a bunch of trailers, so overall recommendation is to go with Region 1 Chimera.
