The 'out of print' Image release is superior in picture quality, but the X-Rated version has some interesting additions with the almost 2 hours of Spaghetti Western trailers. If you simply must have this film on DVD then you have to weigh the factors vs. the cost. You may get the oop Region 1 on EBay at a price, but if quality of image is not paramount to you, why not just get the X-Rated version and have some fun with 2nd disc. the image quality is there for you to see... so its your call. - Gary W.
