It looks to be the exact same print with the exact same damage points and translated inter-titles. By looking at the time we can see that the Eureka PAL version have used the NTSC master from Image and not converted their own, hence in the last capture you can see evidence of "ghosting". They both have the same commentary, but the Image has more chapter stops. Because of the inherent problems associated with NTSC->PAL conversions I would obviously choose the Image disc if you can find one. The Eureka disc can be bought singularily or as part of a boxset (Russia in Revolt) that includes 'Battleship Potemkin', 'October 1917' and the documentary 'The Fall of the Romanov Dynasty' (with commentary). The set seems pricey at £40.
