Due to wrong progressive flagging all three transfers display heavy combing artefacts with a Weave deinterlacer in use during playback (pic#1). Atlantic's International Cut is clearly oversaturated & overcontrasted (pic#2), presenting the film in unnatural yellow and red hues and thereby strongly reducing the color palette (the horizon is lost in pic#5). The picture is soft and hazy and cropped on the sides (pic#1) and at the bottom (pic#4), losing more picture information. The original (i.e. longer) cuts display a more natural color palette (the Swedish transfer with a slightly reddish tint, see skin tone in pic#3, pic#4), better picture resolution but were both flattened from the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2,35:1 to ~ 2,47:1 (pic#4). Note: The so called "International Cut" is shorter by ~ 25 minutes.
