The non anamorphic transfer from Sazuma Productions (which is based on the same master as the almost identical USA transfer from Anchor Bay) provides us with a more detailed picture (pic#5) and less cropping on the sides (e.g. eyebrow pic#1). The Sazuma transfer has fewer compression artefacts than the Medusa transfer (pic#4). The Italian DVD suffers from combing effects when deinterlaced in WEAVE mode, probably due to incorrect progressive flagging (pic#5). | ||||||
